The Happy Mama Movement Club at Yellow Rose is a strength class just for moms! We are looking for 10 women for our next session who want to safely gain strength, connect with other moms in the area, and learn from a certified postpartum fitness specialist. It does not matter if you are 6 weeks postpartum or 6 years, this class is for YOU.

When is it safe to return to working out?

Ask your doctor for their specific recommendations, but the general guideline is 6 weeks postpartum. You must be cleared by a doctor to join us!

I haven't worked out before/during pregnancy, is this still for me?

Even more reason to start now! Our workouts are tailored to each mom. We can modify appropriately depending on your fitness level and where you are in your postpartum journey.

Do I HAVE to bring my child?

Nope! You can absolutely come solo.

What happens after 6 weeks?

After the session ends, our goal is to have you continue to workout either in a semi-private training routine with other moms, or to join some of our other group fitness classes. The next installment of the HMMC will begin in August of 2024.

When are classes held?

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

8:45 - 9:30AM or 10:30 - 11:15AM

What is the postpartum age range?

This is for every mom, regardless of how far along in your postpartum journey you are. As long as you are cleared by a doctor for physical activity, you're welcome here.

Can my child come to class?

Yes! This is designed as a "Mommy and Me" class where your little one can hang out with you while you workout. Babies without mobility can do tummy time next to mom while she works out, but mobile kiddos will need to be in a stroller or car seat.

What if my child is upset during class?

That's the beauty of an all-Moms class; we understand blowouts happen, children need to be fed, or held, or talked to. Tend to your little one and hop right back into the workout! We're your village now!

Do I need Fitness Experience?

No experience needed! We will teach you everything you need to know to safely workout each class!
